Effective from 1/1/2015, the mandatory insurance contributions will be follow : Social Ins (Employee contribution) 8% Health Ins (Employee contribution) 2% Unemployment Ins (Employee contribution) 1% Social Ins (Company contribution) 18% Health Ins (Company contribution) 4% Unemployment Ins (Company contribution) 1% Also starting 1/1/2015, all companies with less than 10 employees have to participate in the mandatory Unemployment Insurance plan.
